Second Cousins

Luke ended up going to the Zeeland East basketball game on Friday night so Jackson and I headed to my Grandma's house for pizza with Mom, Aunt Diane and Lincoln. We hadn't seen Lincoln since Christmas and couldn't get over how much he's changed! It continues to amaze me how much babies change in such a short amount of time. Anyways, of course Jackson LOVED having all that attention and was enthralled with Lincoln.

Weekend Fun

Another beautiful weekend! Jackson can't stay inside anymore so we went to the park with Aunt Sara. He kept yelling Sara's name so she would see everything that he was doing.

Hanging out with Friends

This is a bit late, but I thought I'd still post pictures of Jackson with some of his friends. We spent a Saturday night with Luke's college roommates and their families. It was the first time we met Liam - he is absolutely adorable!

Playing at the Park

Jackson, Luke and I took advantage of the warm weather last week Friday and went to play at the park. At first Jackson didn't have a clue where we were but once he saw the slide he took off running! It's been a long winter inside and so he was like a caged animal finally being let out!

Balloons

Saturday was our 10 ½ year class reunion and Lori graciously sent home the balloons with us for Jackson. He was thrilled with them and carried them around the house for most of the day. We have learned that he’s most thrilled with the simple things in life … like a bouquet of balloons☺ I tried to take more pictures of him playing with the balloons but every time that I would try to take a picture, Jackson would run up to me and want to see the picture and of course I didn’t even take one yet.

So Peaceful....

I really can’t resist taking pictures of Jackson when he’s sleeping. Ever since he’s been a baby I find myself constantly going in there to watch him sleep. He looks so peaceful! About two months ago we made the crib into the toddler daybed (because he kept attempting to get out of the crib) and have found ourselves going in there more frequently to make sure that he’s still in bed. During the first week I went in there one night and found that Jackson had rolled out of bed and then rolled underneath it! But he’s been doing well since then … other than the fact that he is wide awake and ready to play way too early in the morning!

Super Bowl

Yes, I know… Super Bowl was almost a month ago but I finally remembered to download the pictures and had to post the picture of Jackson and his buddy Scott. We went to the “Annual DeVisser Super Bowl Party” and of course they had their fabulous raffle prizes. Last year we won tickets to the movie “Rambo” … this year we again were “lucky” enough to win some prizes again. Jackson won the ultimate prize … a bag of marshmellows!
